Following a period of inconvenience caused by my knee then the unpredictable weather it gave the opportunity to take in a local circuit that has recently been little used. Dispite the forcast it proved only to be a refreshing spotting rather than a downpour. No need for waterproofs. Then what a lucky day the Sutton Coldfield Model Engineering Society were out in force for their "70th Anniversary 70 mile run (Members ONLY)". Then my good news: I could still get out of bed the next day and walk without any extra discomfort.
